The Blender Bottle first off I have to say I love this and this is a great product. I use mine to make my protein shakes in the morning and afternoon. Also the sling that I have keeps this bottle super cold this is good for travel or when you workout you can attach it to the machine your working out on or even if your going for a walk and want to take along a cold drink with you. But you don't have to use it just for that there are plenty of things you can make with this just look inside the recipe book from pancakes to smoothies to protein shakes to chicken wings to dressings and plenty more I love it that you can do so much with this.
