The birth of Jadeyoga really brought yoga mats full circle as the first yoga mat was a rug pad. Jadeyoga began in earnest in 2000 after they were approached by a very savvy yogi who described the fundamental problem with most yoga mats on the market at that time they were slippery as they were making all natural rubber rug pads they approached that problem from a different angle and developed Harmony the first all natural yoga mat.
I am reviewing their teal yoga mat and I have to say it is a wonderful mat. Now that I am getting back into working out I do some stretching on it before hand then do my cardio and then finally do my crunches which hopefully I will see results I don't want to lose I just want to gain muscle.
