They say to get the full affect of this cream you need to use for at least 3 months. I can tell you i have only been using it about a month but notices firmness. But they suggest to get the full effect to use for 3 months. The smell of it isn't that great but I can get past that. It also comes with a supplement to help along with the Bust Bomb cream. I will continue to use.
