Have you ever had trouble pulling that pork apart and shredding it for dinner after it's been in the crockpot cooking?? I know I have or how about if you want to carve something use these to stabilize the meat and get a hold of the other pieces so you have a good steady hand to shred it. This would be perfect for barbecue season and even around the holiday's if you want to shred that turkey up.
