I have been trying to grow my hair out for while now and when I was able to review these vitamins I was really excited. I have tried plenty of hair vitamins and notice my hair looking better. When I tried these it seemed like my hair was fuller and longer. I will continue to take these to see the final outcome but as of right now I can say I do love these.
