I am excited to tell you about the Proper Pillow I have been laying on this pillow for awhile now to test it really good for everyone I switch back and fourth between pillows. It tilts me up slightly and it's just the perfect position at all times. For the perfect night sleep. This pillow is pretty flat so if your looking for something to prop your head up this isn't the pillow. When I get ready to go to bed I move all my other pillows and sleep flat on this one. It so comfortable and my head lays at the perfect angle.
