It can also stimulate the mind and body and protect your home and body from a wide variety of germs. The numerous health benefit of pine essential oil have made it one of the most important oils used in aromatherapy, these oil blends well with many other oils including Cedar wood, rosemary, lavender, sage, and many others.
I have been reading online how pine oil helps with mental clarity i've been reading how it helps with stress and mental clarity making your spirits and mood elevated.
I'm seriously going to make a habit of trying this and seeing if it helps my mood change at all but I will have to use this for some time in order to figure that out.
Pine essential oil should not be given to people who are suffering from kidney disorders. Pine essential oil can cause irritation on highly sensitive skin so it must be used in diluted forms. Children and elderly people should not be given pine essential oil as it may cause hypertension and irritation.
