Can't wait to tell you about Mimi's miracle minerals this is in liquid form and is stored in a glass bottle. I was a little surprised when opening this to see that it was a dark color almost a brown black color. Definitely before taking anything you should consult with your doctor about taking new supplements. So all you do is put 14 drops into a water bottle and drink. You may also use a beverage of your choice as well it doesn't have to be water. Make sure to shake the bottle beforehand to make sure it is mixed well. Now your bottle will have tinted water almost the color of tea but very light and diluted. These drops have no flavor at least for me I don't taste anything. So it's like drinking plain water.
