So I have really been enjoying this The Best Bar Ever A bar that is so fresh that is actually made to order and has kept in refrigerators rather than on shelves. Personally, I put mine in the freezer and thaw it out for about three minutes and then it's good to go. It's a lack of artificial flavors, sweeteners or added preservatives set them apart from mini healthy bars. This bar actually tastes really good I was very surprised I was thinking it was going to taste like a traditional fitness bars or something like that.

Now, I have to tell you about this bar like I said before I was very surprised at the way it tasted. There was no aftertaste or bad taste after eating this I had the cinnamon bun flavor and it tasted amazing. I would rather eat one of these for a snack or after working out it is very high in protein 16 g to be exact. They recommend cutting each bar into 12 bite-size pieces but I just ate it all in one.
So my decision about this bar is I really like it and it's great to have on hand for a snack but make sure you put it in the refrigerator or freezer because it tastes much better that way. And it is recommended to put in the freezer or the refrigerator.
