I have been taking these Vitamin D for awhile now and the Dr recommended the 2,000 Iu so when I had the opportunity to try this one by Natrogix Vitamin D I was really excited to try them because I was almost running out of my others and I always like to try new brands.
These pills are so tiny and very easy to take no issues at all. Besides vitamin D3 being known as the sunshine vitamin which is why I take it. It's also known for keeping bones strong and teeth. Vitamin D3 also helps support good immune health and calcium absorption.
Vitimin D3 is essential to take for people that stay indoors a lot of the day, wear sunscreen, and so many other factors. And of course, my reason is that I have to wear sunscreen all the time which now is essential living in the sunshine state with fair skin.
