This cup holds 9 ounces of liquid and the top compartment that holds the snacks holds 4.5 ounces. This is a no-spill flexible soft silicone straw. What I like about this cup is the straw runs all the way to the bottom so your child can finish their beverage and not have a little bit of liquid still lingering down at the bottom. These cups are recommended for 12 months and up and are also BPA free.
