CELEBRATE MOTHER’S DAY AND RUBBER DUCKIE WEEKEND WITH FAN-FAVORITE SESAME STREET CHARACTERS
Tampa, Fla. (May 10, 2018) – Furry fun continues at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay with the second weekend of Sesame Street Safari of Fun Kids’ Weekends this Saturday and Sunday. Guests can celebrate Mother’s Day with hands-on activities, up-close animal encounters and a flower maze, in addition to character parades and dance parties.
May 12 & 13: Rubber Duckie Weekend
In honor of Ernie’s favorite rubber duckie, join the search for different ducks throughout the Safari of Fun play area during this weekend’s special scavenger hunt. After spotting all the duckies, guests can spend quality time with Bert and Ernie!
Guests can also make special meal-time memories by booking Lunch with Elmo & Friends, a limited-time character dining experience. In addition to a delicious buffet menu, families will enjoy hugs and photos with their favorite Sesame Street friends. Advanced online reservations are encouraged, as space is limited.
Best of all, local children age 5 and under can return to enjoy each weekend free of charge with Busch Gardens’ Preschool Card. Florida residents must register their children online by May 20 to enjoy complimentary visits for their children through the end of 2018, including the fall Sesame Street Kids’ Weekends.
