I am super excited for this summer and really excited to tell you about a few amazing products from Sephora some products I was able to review from this amazing collection are the green tea gel moisturizer, Sephora cleansing oil in balm, Sephora holographic highlighting palette, jelly makeup sponge, and last but not least is Sephora Matte lipstick in #31 Golden gate.
The first product I want to talk to you about is the green tea gel moisturizer this moisturizer feels absolutely amazing and I believe because it's a gel form it soaks up more into the skin. All you need is just a little bit and that goes a long way. Your skin feels so moisturized and soft and it just soaks up right into your skin. I would highly recommend this moisturizer. This moisturizer retails for $8.00 and is great for normal, oil, combination, and dry skin. This will help with the dryness, uneven skin tone, and uneven texture.
Next is this Sephora cleansing oil in balm that I've really been liking it is in a balm texture so it comes with a little spatula to get a little bit on and basically it's a solid that forms into a liquid after rubbing it all over your face. The first thing that caught my attention with this is the smell it smells absolutely amazing. This is for normal, oily, combination, dry, and sensitive skin. This removes makeup without stripping or leaving your skin dry. This balm is great for evening out texture, dryness, and pores. I am really loving this it's my new skin routine and all you need is just a little because a little bit goes a long way. This is even great with removing a waterproof makeup. This cleansing balm retails for $18.00.
The next item is the Sephora collection holographic face and cheek palette this holographic palette is really nice I've already used it a few times and absolutely love it for your face and cheeks. This is an all in one palette of holographic pearl and matte blush shades. These are designed to be worn alone or you can layer them on top of one another for a standout look. Some of the shoes I have already used is the Transformers and green and pink I haven't tried the blushes out yet but I'm sure they're really amazing as well. I am really loving the quality very pigmented and looks amazing. This holographic palette retails for $28.00.
Next, I had the opportunity to review their makeup and jelly sponge this is used for makeup application and with the right application, this product works really well with foundation. And I like that this sponge doesn't soak up product and a waste foundation like a lot of sponges do. This material is made from is a unique gel material that is very durable and a smooth texture allows better product pick up and even application this is great for liquids, powders, or creams. It retails for $12.00. I am really enjoying it and can't wait to use it more. Just make sure when you use a sponge to tap the foundation into the skin instead of swiping or rubbing it won't work that way.
And last but not least is there lip stories collection I have to say I am absolutely loving this collection and really want to try other shades as well. The color I received is in Golden gate #31 a matte finish I have to say this color reminds me of the lipstick I wore in high school and I absolutely love it. This is going to be an amazing color for fall time and I can't wait to use it. It goes on super creamy and dries to a semi-matte finish it does not leave your lips dry whatsoever and looks amazing on. Like I said I would love to try more colors and experiment with them all.
