So there's ginger essential oil that is 100% pure therapeutic grade for aromatherapy is also great for other things as well not just to diffuse. You should always contact a doctor before using any type of essential oil's but this is a great oil that promotes digestive health, boosts blood circulation, and relieves stress and also promotes hair growth and helps with clearing bruises.
This oil is all natural and undiluted it has no fillers or additives and it is also FDA registered. You can apply a few drops in your shampoo to help stimulate hair growth or in your massage oil or during a bath. Adding a few drops your bath will help with relieving stress from the day. You can blend this ginger essential oil with pretty much any oil to make it your own.
This oil comes in a 30 mL 1.02 fluid ounces I would suggest using this in your bath after a long hard day to relax you and wind down from the evening. It is also great for muscle and joint pain all you need is a couple drops of oil twice daily. You can also use this for nausea if you're feeling a little sick and if you use 2 to 3 drops in a diffuser or you can apply 1 to 2 drops over your stomach.
