These running shorts come in a variety of different styles and designs they are high-waisted and super comfortable. The ones I received are the ones in the black ash spot theme. I wore these out to go running but not only that I wore these to also go out and run errands and they are that comfortable. So I would say you could wear these doing any type of exercise or even casually. They come in a variety of different styles such as black with Ash geometry, black carbon, dark gray, khaki marbling, plain black, and camo black Ash.

They run in a size extra small all the way up to XXL and retail for $17.18 with prime free shipping. I choose a medium but probably could’ve fit into a small one. I like the medium size because I feel like you can stretch with me if I gain a little bit of weight or even if I don’t they still are a great fit. I haven’t had a chance to wash these yet but I’m sure they wash up fine I would recommend probably just washing them and air drying so they don’t shrink.

These shorts are made of spandex with 75% nylon and 25% spandex 75% polyester and 25% spandex for the multicolored ones. They are lightweight and very stretchy. They have two deep-sided pockets that can fit your phone and a hidden waistband pocket that Can hold your cards, lip balm and even lil mints. These also make you look like you have a flat tummy even when you don’t it conceals it. The shorts are just all-around a nice fit to add to your collection of exercise gear.
