This high-accuracy sinocare digital scale is pretty neat and very easy to read. We made hamburgers one night and my husband wanted to measure them all out equally. It was very easy to put this on the scale and the measurements came up quickly. You can use the scale for baking, cooking, and even food prepping. The scale is very portable friendly it’s not too big and can just be thrown inside your lunch bag if need be. Or if you’re traveling and want to take this with you as well.

The scale is ultra slim and the dimensions are 7.87 x 5 x 0.63“ And it is weighing at 7.55 ounces. It is made from stainless steel and can be easily wiped down with a cloth. Because we used raw meat we used a little bit of cleaner on this as well and foil. Because of it being stainless steel we used our stainless steel wipes but we first wiped it down with just water.

This scale comes with three AAA batteries it has an on and off button that is very sensitive when touching. It has an automatic shut off we’re not using it for 180 seconds. If you forget to turn this off and you have food on your hands that is where this automatic shut-off comes in handy. We really love this scale and will continue to keep using it in the future. Like I said it’s very slim and lightweight and perfect for traveling if you need to take it with you for meal prepping.
